Right of Withdrawal

The customer / business customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer") has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, e-mail, or ticket) of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), will be refunded without delay and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The same means of payment used in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the refund.

If the customer requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, the customer must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the portion of the services already provided until the point in time at which the customer informs us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract in comparison with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
