HyperNex (now VPSLAYER) began in 2023 as a free hosting organization. Over a long period of time, we provided our services without generating any profit, with the goal of offering people simple and accessible hosting solutions. In the spring of 2025, we discontinued these free services to take the next step: building a completely new and sustainable hosting company.

In the months that followed, we intensively planned the relaunch of HyperNex (now VPSLAYER). Alongside founding the company, we developed an entirely new technical infrastructure from the ground up, designed with security, stability, and performance in mind. Since October 2025, we have officially been in business, offering professional hosting services with a focus on privacy and free speech.

Our goal is to build something long term a hosting environment where clients feel comfortable and respected. This includes not only reliable servers, but also fair, transparent, and human interaction. We stand for privacy, anonymity, and free speech.
